Outbid Agents is a sponsored pay-to-rank board. Payment determines placement; appearing here is not an endorsement, review, or safety guarantee.
01 New listings start at $1. Raising an existing destination requires a total bid at least $1 above its current bid.
02 The Polar checkout charges the full bid shown, not only the difference from an earlier bid. Review the exact amount before paying.
03 Only payment-confirmed bids can affect the board. Pending, failed, or expired checkouts never claim a public position.
04 Active listings rank by confirmed bid amount, highest first. Equal bids keep the earlier approved listing above the later one.
05 The same normalized website path or X handle maps to one listing. Query-string variations do not create separate positions.
06 A verified completed payment activates a valid listing automatically. Illegal, malicious, deceptive, impersonating, infringing, exploitative, hateful, or unsafe destinations are prohibited and may be removed.
07 Submitters are responsible for their destination, product claims, promotion rights, and compliance with applicable laws. Outbid Agents does not verify or guarantee third-party products.
08 Outbound clicks are privacy-preserving counters, limited to one count per listing, visitor fingerprint, and day. Counts are not guaranteed to be unique people, bot-free visits, conversions, or sales.
09 Attempts to manipulate clicks, rankings, payments, or safety controls may lead to rejection, suspension, or removal.
10 A refunded bid is removed from the ranking calculation. Reversals, disputes, or chargebacks may suspend or remove a listing; the highest remaining confirmed bid then governs its position.
