We process listing details, bids, operational logs, and aggregate usage required to operate and secure the marketplace. We do not sell personal data.

Polar processes checkout and payment details as our payment provider. After Polar verifies a successful payment, Outbid Agents privately stores the payer email, provider identifiers, payment status, and amount for payment records, support, fraud prevention, and compliance. We do not store full card details or publish payer emails.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page views, referring sites, countries, devices, browsers, and performance so we can understand traffic and improve the website. Cloudflare states that this service does not track individual users across its customers.

Outbound clicks use a privacy-preserving daily fingerprint to limit duplicate counting. Contact the site owner to request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
